HALLOWTEAS (OCTOBER 2024)

This is my imaginary tea brand I created for lovers of both Halloween and hot tea. I myself enjoy both Halloween and hot tea very much, and the reason I created this spread of products is because I know a lot of other people do too, especially those in my age demographic and older. The graphics are all drawn by me and the purpose of this project was to better my skills at creating products and labeling. Software used: Krita and Adobe Illustrator.

SELF PORTRAIT 5 (FEBRUARY 2024)

This is a self portrait I made with a sort of x-ray box going on over my eyes as a metaphor for looking in the mirror and sometimes not feeling like that is me/seeing myself but not feeling like myself. This was a personal project for fun/practice. The main goal of this piece was to practice semi-realism while also adding thick black lines to make it more stylized. Software used: Krita.

THE SHINING (MARCH 2024)

This is a drawing recreation of a poster for the 1980 film The Shining, one of my favorite horror films of all time. This was a personal project for fun/practice. The main goal of this piece was to continue practicing semi-realism, but also work on adding very dark shadows to fit better with the subject matter. I also included all of the layers to show the viewer how I make my artwork, as well as two mugs to show how this artwork can be incorporated into real merchandise/items. Software used: Krita and Adobe Illustrator.

PROTRIM LOGO AND PRODUCTS (JANUARY 2023-OCTOBER 2024)

This spread consists of a logo I created for Protrim back early last year. I recently made this whole spread showcasing different variations of the logo as well as products, an envelope design, letterhead, and business card. Since the company specializes in vehicles, I went with a sharp futuristic vibe to match the current trend of vehicles being made. The purpose of this project was to practice logo/graphic design and showcasing said logo on products. Software used: Adobe Illustrator.

DEATHNOTE POSTER (SEPTEMBER 2022)

This was a project from my Graphic Comm 2 class at CCAC where we had to design our own posters for an existing TV show/Movie. I chose the anime “Deathnote” as it is my favorite anime, and I chose to do a sort of pop art style to contrast the darker grey tones of the actual series. This project was practice for us using colors and drawing shapes to create interesting graphics. I also included a few different color variations. Software used: Adobe Illustrator.

STUDIO GHIBLI SKATEBOARDS (OCTOBER 2024)

This spread contains skateboard designs I drew containing real existing characters from some of my favorite Studio Ghibli films. I love Studio Ghibli as well as skateboarding, and so do many people in my age demographic. I redrew the characters myself to give the designs a more personal stylized feel. The purpose of this project was to practice my drawing style and demonstrate it on merchandise/products. Software used: Krita and Adobe Illustrator.
